ABOUT US

We aim to continously raise the bar in Diamond and Sonic Drilling services, by increasing efficiencies, owner operated project management and taking environmental and WHS factors into consideration.

WHO WE ARE

GRM Drilling is a multi-skilled, multidisciplinary team with decades of combined experience across various regions and key environments. Our company was born out of a desire to create value for our clients by providing the most efficient drilling methods possible.

At GRM we prioritise safety, using automation to handle rods, and delivering heavy materials and equipment straight to the rig.

We acknowledge the environmental footprint and the disturbance of our activities. This knowledge is at the forefront of all project requirements. We aim to minimise these impacts on the environment with our advanced above ground drill fluids separator, low diesel usage and having a tracked drill rig with a small footprint, requiring less clearing for drill pads.

Providing modern technology,
new aged Diamond and Sonic drilling,
and owner-operated supervision and experience
for the current and next generations.

WITH ONE RIG WE DO IT ALL!

GRM Drilling has one rig, an EIJKELKAMP MRS XL MAX DUO

The MRS XL MAX DUO is equipped with a true 150 Hz powerful MRS 50K drill head as well as a four speed rotary head. This is ideal for drilling in overburden and unconsolidated soils then setting casing before swapping to the rotary head to drill deeper into bedrock.

Being track mounted results in fantastic mobility at remote drill sites, providing accessibility beyond the capability of any truck.

What Our Clients Say

“GRM Drilling recently undertook the drilling at Boab Metals Limited’s Sorby Hills Project in the East Kimberley. The utilisation of the sonic drilling technology to penetrate the unconsolidated cover rocks

Simon Noon

Managing Director & CEO, Boab Metals Limited

Impact recently employed GRM drilling using its new combined sonic-diamond rig at a project in Western Australia. Previous RC drilling had struggled badly to get through about 40 metres of cover.

Mike Jones

Managing Director, Impact Minerals

“CMW engaged GRM to complete the drilling for the geotechnical investigation works, to assist with the design of the new Fitzroy River Bridge. The Sonic sampling was effective through the often challenging drilling conditions.
